Step 1 : Create a user account
Click the button below to create your user account. Once your account is created you will see a new option for "SHOP" in the main navigation bar above.
STEP 2: PLACE YOUR ORDER ON OUR WEBSITE
After logging in, browse our suppressor lineup, add items to your cart, and checkout through our secure payment system. NOTE: Verify you are in an eligible state, see the list at the bottom of this page.
STEP 3: CAPITOL ARMORY IS NOTIFIED
Once your order is received, we send your contact and order details to Capitol Armory via a secure system updated daily.
STEP 4: RECEIVE INSTRUCTIONS FROM CAPITOL ARMORY
Within 24 hours, Capitol Armory will email you step-by-step instructions to begin your paperwork.
STEP 5: SUBMIT YOUR FINGERPRINTS
Capitol Armory will guide you through submitting your fingerprints electronically or via mail, depending on your setup. Once approved, you'll complete ATF Form 4473.
STEP 6: COMPLETE AND CERTIFY YOUR FORM 4
- Sign digitally via DocuSign.
- Submit electronically for processing.
STEP 7: WAIT FOR ATF APPROVAL (PROCESSING TIMES VARY)
If your background check is quick and clean, you may get approval in under 30 days and sometimes within 1–2 days.
STEP 8: CLEO NOTIFICATION
Notify Your Chief Law Enforcement Officer (CLEO)
- Identify your CLEO.
- Capitol Armory notifies them of your purchase.
- Wait 7 days before shipping.
STEP 9: SUPPRESSOR SHIPS TO YOUR DOOR
After the waiting period, Capitol Armory ships your suppressor directly to the address you provided. No dealer pickup required!
